Offshore Drilling Protest/ Hearing
Meet at the Capitol steps at 2:30 for a rally and then continue to the meeting at the Red Lion Hotel Salem

Participants will convene on the Capitol steps for the short rally followed by a press conference with keynote speakers from Oregon's coastal industries, plus state and local elected officials. Transportation from Newport, Coos Bay, Florence and Portland is currently being organized, registered participants will receive information on carpooling options. Following the press conference, participants will continue to the Red Lion Hotel to engage in the Federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management public meeting and demonstrate our opposition through the town hall meeting.

Join us February 6th at the Red Lion Hotel in Salem to tell the administration that offshore drilling is not welcome off our coast.
The protest is set to begin at 2:30 PM and the hearing at 3:00 PM.
